“I feel so amazingly blessed to have the opportunity to serve the Lord by serving others.  I believe in the mission at Vine Maple Place to end homelessness by helping people learn to help themselves.”

Laurie has experience in sales and customer service, and has also worked as a professional organizer for many years.  She is able to combine her experience, along with her BS degree in Family Environmental Sciences from California State University Northridge, to effectively communicate the needs of Vine Maple Place and increase awareness in the community.

Laurie and her family moved to Washington in 2011 and became active members at Light of Life Lutheran Church in Covington.  She and her husband Dennis live in Maple Valley with their three sons Brandon, Mason, and Cameron.
